Hi, and welcome. I am a Broker Associate with The Corcoran Group and have created this website to help you with your real estate research.  I hope you will use our newest search technologies as they will allow you to easily look through the MLS listings for your perfect home.  

Please note, I am available to answer questions and send MLS reports at any time.  If you are in town and wish to see a property I can often set that up with little advance notice.   

Please also note this website has two MLS data connections.  On the upper right side of the Search Listings page you will see your choice of either MLS-FL or Palm Beach. Please choose one by clicking on the tab!  Note, it is gray when chosen, blue when off.

To explain in further detail about the two MLS data feeds, MLS-FL encompasses most of South East Florida; the Palm Beach Board's MLS is centered on Palm Beach but includes listings in the surrounding towns as well.  It is much smaller but features some of the nicer homes in the area and often includes larger photos.

Notice the large map icon on this page to the left and little map tab on the Search Listings page?  They will allow you to search a specific geographic area for all active home listings. Please be aware the map is also linked to the individual MLS IDX data feeds, so if the Palm Beach MLS data feed is selected it will not show many properties in Boca Raton. Note, the map works best when the polygon is employed.  Simply create a polygon over your area of interest and click the Refine Search tab. 

Be sure to try the Microsoft Bird's Eye View and the Google Street View. The Get Local tab will show you the nearest schools and how far you have to drive to the local grocery store.  These buttons will help you refine your search quickly and are a real time saver. We can even give you driving directions! 

The MLS listings are updated daily and if you register you will have the option of directing the website to email new listings which match your search criteria automatically.  You can unsubscribe at anytime.  Try it, and if you have any questions please call.  We are here to help.
